I am devoted to supporting adolescents and adults navigating trauma/PTSD, anxiety disorders, OCD, mood disorders, eating concerns, grief, and relational challenges.

With nearly a decade of experience across various mental health settings, I use evidence-based therapies like Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and ERP to provide compassionate, personalized care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered on your healing journey.
