Individual Therapy for Adults

  • Your journey starts with a no-pressure, 15 minute free consultation.

    This is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and see if we are the right fit. You will have space to ask questions, share goals, and learn more about the process—all with no obligation to commit.

  • After your initial consultation, if we decide to move forward, we will schedule your intake session. There may be a waitlist, but once your spot opens, we can dive into understanding your needs, setting goals, and creating a plan tailored to you.

  • Sessions are tailored to your needs, typically lasting 50 to 60 minutes. In our first few meetings, we will take the time to truly understand your experiences, explore your goals, and create a personalized plan to support your healing journey.

  • Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that’s tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.
