  • The free 15-minute consultation is a chance for us to connect and see if we are the right fit for the next step in your wellness journey. We will briefly discuss what you're looking for in therapy, how I can help, and answer any questions you may have.   • Your first session is all about getting to know you. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you have. The first few sessions typically focus on developing a personalized treatment plan.

  • The frequency of therapy depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients prefer weekly sessions for consistency, while others may schedule biweekly or monthly appointments. Other clients change the frequency of our sessions based on their needs. We can work together to find a schedule that feels right for you.

  • Therapy is different for everyone—some people find relief in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. The length of treatment depends on your personal goals, progress, and the challenges you’re working through. We can find the right path for you, together.

  • Once you become a client, you will receive access to a secure portal where you can create a username and password. From your login page, simply navigate to the Billing section to make safe and convenient online payments for your sessions.

  • I currently offer therapy via telehealth, making it easier for you to access support from the comfort of your own space.

  • I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and other clinically proven techniques designed to support healing and personal growth.

  • That’s completely okay! Therapy is a process, and there is no pressure to have everything figured out. I will guide our conversations based on what feels most helpful for you, whether that’s exploring emotions, processing past experiences, or working through present challenges.

  • Yes, I do! Please make sure to let me know which insurance provider you are planning to use when filling out the consultation form.

  • I specialize in individual therapy for adults and do not offer couples or family therapy. However, if you're looking for support in those areas, I’d be happy to provide referrals to trusted professionals who do.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the session rate.

  • If you're in crisis or need immediate support, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. I am not available for emergency care, but you can find a list of trusted hotlines on my Crisis Support page. You are not alone—help is available.

  • Therapists are dedicated to providing the best possible care, which means recognizing when a client’s needs fall outside their expertise.
